Our design teams have been busy lately with several move-ins in a row. Today's move-in, led by Jan and Mary, benefitted a single mom and her two year old. Our client was referred to us by Bridge Communities. The wonderful folks at Bridge helped her secure stable housing and are guiding her along her path to a new life. Our team of volunteers, including Carol Zaccari, Emma Guinn, Libby Hudson, Margaret White, Sharon Sullivan, Tim Sullivan, Bob Guinn, Jason Huth, and Tom Apple , helped turn an empty apartment into a space our client and her son could call home. Thank you to @Zelda'sKitchenWitches for providing all the kitchen necessities. Special thanks to Tracy Canfield for creating a one of a kind pillow case for the little guy. Hugs to @Linda Farley for the marvelous welcome baskets filled with the extras to make their day special. And as always, thank you to all who purchased and/or donated furniture and home goods to this move-in. We cannot make a difference without you!
