BEFORE/AFTER

Yesterday the H2H team was on the road again in Wheeling, IL to transform the empty apartment for a single mom and her 2 children who had been living in a homeless shelter.

This referral came from our community partners at @CenterofConcern Renee Phillips.

Thanks to design leads @KathyRobbins and Roxanne Wendel Lostroscio for working tirelessly to make this happen in the days leading up to the move-in!  Thank you to our incredible volunteer team! Megan O’Connell Haddad , Dee Hanley Bauer, Anne Noelle Smith and husband Ken Smith, Megan Albee @MarilynSkok, Megan Bollman Marchand, Chris Pasiewicz Minasian, Debby Meredith, and heavy lifters (we couldn’t do it without these fine gentlemen) Don Kronberg, Mark Haddad, Anthony Westfall, Charlie Grossman and Mike Towner!

Our services are provided free of charge to our clients as well as our referring partner agencies but in order to keep it that way we really need your help! No donation is too small!
